Lectures:  Are we trusting risky scales? and Patient participation in pressure ulcer prevention

I´m educated as nurse, with a Bachelors Degree of Nursing in 2005. Since 2006, I have worked in Plastic Surgery Department, University Center of Wound healing, Odense University Hospital.

In my daily work I educate other nurses in prevention, classification and treatment of pressure ulcers, in my own department, but also around other departments of Odense University Hospital. I also teach for the Danish Nursing council in prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers.

In 2019 I finished a Master in Clinical Science MSs in nursing, Aarhus University. The Master Thesis was an examination of the patient’s experiences with participation in pressure ulcer prevention.

Since 2018 I have been a part of the trustee group in EPUAP.
